This allows you to test our products in real life, in the comfort of your own home, so you can be sure they work for you.
How The 100-Day Trial Works
You can try:
- 1 garment per style and size, or
- 1 menstrual cup per style and size
If you’re not satisfied for any reason within 100 days of delivery, you may request a refund or exchange.
Requests must be submitted within the 100-day trial period.
The trial period begins from the date your order is delivered.
What Is Eligible For The 100-Day Trial
The trial is designed to allow you to test the product without risk, while preventing unnecessary waste.
You may return one opened item per style and size.
Example
You order:
- 24h Period Undies — Size 12 and Size 14
- Comfy Cotton — Size 12 and Size 14
All four items may be opened and returned because they are different styles or sizes.
Another Example
You order:
- 3 × Super Plus 24h Period Undies — Size 14
- 3 × Comfy Cotton — Size 14
You may return:
- 1 opened item per style
The remaining items must remain unopened.
Unopened items can still be returned within 14 days, provided the hygiene seal remains intact.
Returns for Unopened Items (14-Day Policy)
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The hygiene seal is intact
- The product has not been worn or tried on
- The item remains in its original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once inspected and approved, we will refund the cost of the product only.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How To Request A Return
To request a refund or exchange during your 100-day trial:
- Contact us using the chat feature on our website
- Let us know:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Any feedback about the product
Your feedback helps us continually improve our products.
Our team may suggest a different style or size that could work better for you, but you are under no obligation to accept the suggestion.
Important Return Instructions
Please do not send products back before contacting us first.
Once we receive your request, we will provide the correct return address.
Returns sent to an incorrect address may not be processed.
When returning an item please:
- Include a copy of your receipt
- Securely seal the package
- Use tracked shipping (recommended)
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Your refund will be processed for the cost of the product
- Shipping costs are not refundable
