YOU CAN OPEN AND TRIAL 1 GARMENT AT HOME FOR 100 DAYS, IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCTS FOR WHAT EVER REASON WITHIN THE 1OO DAYS YOU CAN APPLY FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN THE 100 DAY TRIAL PERIOD. YOU HAVE 100 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT TO RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND. THE UNDERWEAR MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE 100 DAY TRIAL PERIOD IN ORDER FOR THIS TO BE PROCESSED IN OUR RETURNS CENTRE.
THE 100-DAY TRIAL STARTS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY, ANY RETURNS AFTER THE 107TH DAY WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. ONE GARMENT ONLY IS ELIGIBLE TO BE OPENED FOR A RETURN AND REFUND OR SIZE EXCHANGE, PER CUSTOMER. THIS GUARANTEE IS AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER 9TH OCTOBER 2022. PREVIOUS ORDERS WILL BE PART OF THE 14 DAY RETURNS POLICY.

RETURNS POLICY
UNOPENED PERIOD UNDERWEAR & PADS
WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT, UNOPENED UNDERWEAR IS ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROVIDING THE HYGIENE SEAL HAS NOT BEEN BROKEN, AND THE UNDERWEAR HAS NOT BEEN TRIED ON OR REMOVED FROM THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN SHIPPING COSTS FOR ANY UNOPENED RETURNED ITEMS.
ONCE THE UNOPENED ITEM HAS BEEN INSPECTED AT OUR RETURNS CENTRE AND FOUND ELIGIBLE, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE COST OF THE UNDERWEAR. ANY ORIGINAL OR SUBSEQUENT SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
AFTER THE 14-DAY PERIOD HAS LAPSED, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
ANY UNDERWEAR RETURNED OR RECEIVED AFTER THE 14-DAY PERIOD WILL BE DISPOSED OF.

IN THE CASE WHERE IT IS YOUR FIRST GARMENT (1 GARMENT IS PERMITTED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE PER CUSTOMER) YOU HAVE 100 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT TO RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND. THE UNDERWEAR MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN THE 100 DAY TRIAL PERIOD IN ORDER FOR THIS TO BE PROCESSED IN OUR RETURNS CENTRE.

NOT YOUR FIRST GARMENT ?
FOR HYGIENE REASONS, ONCE PERIOD UNDERWEAR IS OPENED AND THE HYGIENE SEAL IS BROKEN, OR THE UNDERWEAR IS TRIED ON OR REMOVED FROM THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IT IS NON-RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.

WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT, UNOPENED MENSTRUAL CUPS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROVIDING THE CUP HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED FROM THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

FOR HYGIENE REASONS, ONCE A CUP IS OPENED IT IS NON-RETURNABLE. EXCEPT WHERE IT IS PART OF THE 100 DAY TRIAL PERIOD.
ORDER CANCELATION
Our policy lasts 14 days from the day after delivery of the goods. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your order has been received by us your order is sent for shipping. We can not stop a shipment once processed.
If you would like to cancel your order once the items are sent, you must return the goods without opening the postage mailbag, this forms the hygiene seal.

Plastic reduction and waste are important to us, so all instructions and return details are found online.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their items. Please organise a return via our online chat. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for a return or exchange. The cost to send out an exchange will be £4.95 per order and paid for by the customer.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible to cancel your order, for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened mailbag. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons, not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

If you are approved for a return through our online chat, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the item.

FAULTY GOODS
If your goods are faulty, we will happily offer an exchange or refund. Proof of purchase is required.
