Cleaning Your Cup: SUITABLE FOR USE IN A MICROWAVE Sterilises by steaming your menstrual cup eliminates bacteria and odor.
How to Use: Wash your menstrual cup, and place it in the steriliser. Fill the steriliser with 1/3 of a cup of water and close the lid. Place in the microwave and put on a high setting for 3-5 minutes.
Be careful when removing the cup from your steriliser as the water and steam will be very hot. It is suggested you wait for it to cool down for 10 minutes before removing from the microwave.
