I have been using these for a couple of years now and love them! This style in particular is the most comfortable to me. I will say sizing up was needed as the leg holes were tight on my thick thighs, but they seem to stretch/adjust the longer you wear them. I have never had any accidents with these and wear them a lot. Buying them for the third time and I recommend to all my friends.
I'm a size 18-20 and ordered the 20, I found them quite tight. My wife is a 12, ordered her the 14 in the standard sizing style and they were also quite tight. The performance of them is quite good, although the lining is strangely shiny and rustly. I would buy again, but would definitely size up.
